Recommended use: Dissolve 1 serving – 60 g (2 level scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk. There is a scoop inside the package. 1 level scoop amounts to 30 g of the powder. Use 1 servings per day. Take between meals or after a workout. Do not exceed recommended serving sizes for the day. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Product should not be administered to pregnant women and nursing mothers.

Storage: Store in a dry place at room temperature, keep out of children’s reach.
