Directions for use: 1 portion (10 g powder – 1/2 level scoop, the package) dissolve in 200 ml of water, drink 1-2 times a day; before a meal or before or after training or before bedtime. Consume directly after preparation. Do not exceed recommended serving sizes for the day. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use during pregnacy or lactation.

Storage: Keep in dry place in a room temperature, out of the reach of small children.
